1. Paying for your Foxy order constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Goods remain the property of Foxy Originals until payment is received in full.
3. Most Foxy items are kept in stock, but there is a possibility that certain items may be temporarily sold-out. In this case, we will indicate online that this item is currently not available. In this situation, please check back soon to see the status of your desired item. Stock-outs don’t usually last for more than two weeks.
4. We strive to design and create jewelry pieces with the utmost dedication and quality of care. As our pieces are each hand crafted, it is natural that there may be slight variations in colors and finishes. Please bear in mind that the colors seen on your computer may vary from the actual product color.

1. Processing an order generally takes 1-7 business day(s) from time of order for all items that we have in stock. Order processing times may be delayed if an item is out of stock on your order. In these cases, a friendly Foxy Originals Customer Service Representitive will notify you by email.
2. We ship orders Monday through Friday using Canada Post Expedited service. Services with Canada Post can take 1-8 business days for delivery. All orders include shipping, handling and insurance in the final cost. If you require your order to ship earlier than the provided time, please indicate this on your order under the section entitled ‘special instructions’. We will contact you with shipping options and additional costs.
3. All orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed once the order has shipped.
RETURNS
We pride ourselves in creating and producing jewelry of the highest quality, complying by strict regulations. Our jewelry and its components meet all North American safety standards, and are nickel-free and lead-free.
We want to ensure that your purchases are made with confidence. In the case where you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.
1. If the item(s) you have ordered is unsuitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at customerservice@foxyoriginals.com detailing the items being returned along with your order number. Once we have received our order number, we will issue you a return authorization form and give instructions on sending back the jewelry. Jewelry must not be worn and be sent back in its original packaging. Refunds on items not deemed defective are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
2. In the case of damaged or defective jewelry, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Email us at customerservice@foxyoriginals.com with the order number and details of damages/defect. We will send you a return authorization number with instructions on how to send it back.
3. Jewelry that is returned without an authorization will not be accepted.
4. Final Sale items include all clearances and sales. Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for return.
5. For all returns, except where the item(s) is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for shipping back to Foxy Originals. When shipping back returns, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
6. Any due refunds will be processed back onto the original card used for payment within 14 business days.
7. Returns during the holiday period: Any purchases intended for or received as a gift during December 1st-24th can be credited or exchanged until January 20th. This is an extended period outside the standard terms to accommodate the gift giving season.
